You look at that picture and you tell me how Chayanne is not the epidimy of the definition of HOT!

From what I can gather, this is the cover shot of Chayanne's very soon to be released CD "No Hay Imposible". When I was drooling over this pic this morning... several words came to mind...none of them I can write here! Just kidding....no I'm not... any way...

The real question is can we take the heat! In just a few weeks Chayanne's new CD is going to be released, and I can tell you, he just keeps getting better and better! May of 2010 will mark my second year as a citizen of Chayville, but I can tell you that I have every CD that Chayanne has made except two. Chayanne continues to evlove, he continues to top himself as far as his sound and the material that he continues to deliver, but he has made the journey from really cute little dude with "Los Chicos" to the mature handsome specimen of pure molten hot, that he is today.....and I don't think he's going to slow down anytime soon.

One fan out out this picture (Anniee you know who you are *smile*) and said, "Anyone else see the connection? How can he look like the handsomest man in the world in both pics?"

(I think there's just something to be said for natural fine...and ok, we have to give props to mom and dad for making the perfect DNA blend that came out Chayanne!)

Not to mention that the man looks really good wet! (Gabriel shower scene...you know what I'm talking about)

If this is the cover of "No Hay Imposible, I can't wait to see what other delectable pics they have as a treat inside the CD case...that's right, that's one of the first things I look for, when I buy CD's (I'm also one of those people think that every DVD should have special features, go figure!)

Just a few more weeks Chay, and I'm going to be checking my mail box...

What Makes Chayanne So Sexy?

Just what is it that makes Chayanne so sexy? The other day a frequent visitor to Pandora' Caja sent me an email, and she asked, "What is it about this man that makes him so sexy?" She thinks it's his sincerity, she said, "It shines right through his music."

I really had to think about this, so I decided to ask the members of the "Twibe" (Chay's Twitter Peeps) what they thought. Here's what I got so far...

"His eyes....

"With his eyes he can talk without words. His eyes can be so tender and full of fire."

"He's perfect."

"He's naughty, sweet and talented. He treats everyone with respect, honors his gifts and loves us"

 I don't know peeps...if we wanted to go with looks alone, you could fill a blog! He's 6 foot plus of dark and handsome....and he's got a brick house body! Not only is he the walking definition of "Tall, Dark and Handsome", he knows how to as I like to say, "Shake what'cha momma gave ya!" (Shout out to my girl!)
To put that into layman's  terms, the man can dance his butt off! (Although we would rather him keep it firmly attached *GRIN*)

And his voice....Ahhh what can I say, Chayanne's voice is so smooth...it floats you off into some sort of music induced euphoria that you hope never ends...

One of his best qualities to me is his love of people, and his willingness to use his mega-star status to help those in need....and that's so real to me.....

As for me, I think Chayanne's sexy is a combination of so many things....I think that through his music, he has the ability to be just what you need at any moment in time...

If you need a should to cry on, a warm embrace, a smile...or of you just want to dance 'till you drop...you can find it in one of his songs.

(There's also a lot of other thing you can find in those songs, but this is a family friendly forum so we won't go there!)

Ok! Ok! So I went there....I couldn't help myself!

So with the release of Chayanne's new CD, "No Hay Imposible", due out in February, I know I can't wait to see what new adventures Chayanne is getting ready to take us on. I may not know where we're going, but I trust him to take me to places that I have never been...

So I guess in Chayanne's case there will never be just one perfect answer, they're all perfect....so you tell me, what makes Chayanne sexy, to you?...

It's the holiday season and Chayanne is taking a well deserved rest and spending time with his family, and that, is as it should be. We miss him, but we understand that his first priority is his family.

February 2010 Is Going to Be Good...Sade Is Back!

Sony must really want people to have an extremely romantic time during the month of Februay in 2010, Chayanne's CD is coming out on the 23, and Sade's is scheduled to hit the shelves on the 8th. (Just a side note, Sade's song "Smooth Operator" is on Chayanne's iTunes artist playlist!)

If you can find one person over the age of 40 that didn't have almost all of Sade's songs on their "Romance" mix tape, you're a good one. If you couldn't bring it home with songs like, "Ordinary Love","Smooth Operator",or "Stronger Than Pride"...then you just had no game what so ever.

The CD is called "Soldier of Love", and the single release of the same name, is all that Sade has ever been and more. Check it out! I can't wait to get this one, welcome back girl, it's been too long.

New! Chayanne CD Pre-Sale Contest!

Let me start this by saying, those of you that know me, know that I am language challenged. I adore the Spanish language especially the way that Chayanne speaks and sings, it will cast the most wonderful spell on you, one that you won't want to wake up from......I digress...let's move on to the contest and what I know.

The good news first. From what I can determine Chayanne is putting out a pre-sale version of his new CD, it is going to include a bunch of great extras including the batchta version of "Mi Enamore de Ti" (Bachata is a popular guitar music from the Dominican Republic. While bachata is based on the bolero rhythm, bachateros have traditionally included other kinds of music like son, merengue, vals and ranchera in their repertoires. The influence of all of these styles, and particularly that of merengue, can be felt in the rhythms, harmonies and melodies of bachata proper.) Bachata Music History and Overview

The video into says something to the effect, "If you already bought the pre-sale disk, now only create a choreography/dance to the salsa version (of "Mi Enamore de Ti") that you have in your hands, dance record and  go to YouTube!"

They will be accepting videos from Mexico, Central America, and the U.S. There will be three winners from these countries.They are not accepting anything sent in with fotos of Chayanne, either edited or otherwise. The videos that you make should be uploaded to YouTube.  The contact information is included in Chayanne's video about the contest.

It looks as if the contest ends February 21, 2010. (But if your going to do this I wouldn't wait until the last minute!)

The bad news is no one I know seems to know where to purchase the pre-sale version of Chayanne's new CD! But no worries, the entire Twibe has there eyes and ears open and as soon as I find out any info, I will post it here on Caja!

Chayanne's New Single "Mi Enamore De Ti" Now Available For Purchase On Amazon.Com!

It's what we all have wanted....to be able to get our hot little hands (and out hot little iPods) on "Mi Enemore De Ti", well it's out and it's available!

Chayanne Tweeted the "Twibe" yesterday and left us a gift, the link to Amazon.com where we could get the single. "Mi Enemore De Ti" became available for sale today November 10, 2009.

This song will take you away to somewhere, anyplace that you want. You can feel the wind blowing in your face and the ocean waves underneath you as Chayanne's sweet voice sings you into forever.

I have to tell you, if this is an example of what Chay has in store for us on the rest of his upcoming release, then we are in for a real treat......

Mi Enemore De Ti Drops November 2, 2009

Chayanne's new single "Mi Enemore De Ti", the theme song to the tele novella "Corazon Salvaje", will be officially hitting airwaves tomorrow!

Chayanne's last single release was last year with the smash hit "Amore Inmortal", the theme song to the mini-series Gabriel, which was released last year in the fall of 2008. We are long over due for a new Chayanne tune! I'm sorry, but we fans just can't help ourselves, we just love listening to Chay as he whispers sweet somethings into our ears....even if it is through our iPods, computer speakers, or radios.

Here are a few stations that have live feed on the Internet. If you don't have a local channel that play's Latin music you will probably be able to catch the song on one of these stations:
