While we all wish that Chayanne's US tour could last forever, we all know that it had to come to and end, or at least to a long pause. But what a way to go! While Chayanne was rockin' out fans Houston's Toyota Center, his off the chain album of the same name "No Hay Imposibles", was moving up the Billboard's Latin Top Ten Pop Charts from 10 spot on last weeks charts to number 8 this week. What's awesome is that not only did NHI move up in the charts, out of the top ten it's been on the charts the longest at 40 weeks! Also out of the top ten albums it scores second in biggest jumps, first was Alejandro Fernandez's "Dos Mundos Revolucion" which has only been on the charts for 1 week.
(Me thinks me smells a Grammy!)
So let's help keep NHI on top of the Billboards, send email, texts and tweets to your local stations and request songs from NHI. (Billboard also tracks albums and singles with the most airplay!) ReplyDeleteBrilliant post! Everyone is right - I think we would all go to another country to see Chayanne, and we definitely KNOW that he deserves every single bit of his hard-earned success. It may look easy (well, for him), but there are a lot of hours of work that go into preparing for a tour like that. A lot of preparation for a life like that, come to think. He has had to sacrifice many things, and learn to prioritize and balance so much, just to remain happy and focused, and still remain in control of his own life. The least we can do to show our support and gratitude is to keep him on top of the game! AND YOU ARE DOING AN INCREDIBLE JOB OF JUST THAT!
That would be an incredible amount of fun for us to just caravan to another country to hit up a Chayanne NHI concert!! And many thanks Kelly for the compliment *hug* I humbly consider it a true pleasure to bring something to the Chayville table! The combination of Chayanne and support from other Chayvillers such as yourself make it a joy! Un Beso!
