Chayanne Is a Flirt With His Fans! (Article Translation)

I remember one of the very first things that another fan said to me when describing how Chayanne makes his fans feel during a concert. "He makes you feel as if you're the only person in the arena." Now just stop for a moment and try to grasp the magnitude of that statement.....just imagine a sold out arena with thousands upon thousands of other fans and you feel like he's singing just for you. It's sort of like one of those scenes in the movies where you have two people and their eyes meet and the rest of the room fades into the distance, along with any other extraneous sounds...and there's nothing left but the two of them.....that's about how it is.

By the time you leave the concert, Chayanne has flirted and teased with you, as well as made you laugh, and sometimes even cry (good tears of course*smile*)....you may have even waxed nostalgic....it's no wonder he has those fans that feel as if they are free to bring on the heavy duty, even as he says naughty flirtations when he's off stage! Personally I'm surprised that they can speak when they meet him let alone have enough spunk in them to be naughty with Chayanne, kudos to you ladies!

He plays along if his fans tell him a “naughty” comment.

The charisma that characterizes Chayanne has taken him to have millions of fans in every place that he sets foot on.  The majority of his fans, women of course,  have come to suggest a few naughty things and Chayanne rather than getting offended or upset, prefers to follow their lead, of course always with limitations.   

The interpreter revealed that since he travels so much it has become very common for his fans to wait for him in the hotels’ corridors and stop him to chat, but when things get hot, he has the solution.

"Everything remains as a platonic love, a simple glance full of complicity.  I just leave it as that, just like in my shows, there is flirting, my fans show me love and I show them love back”, he told the Diario Reforma in an interview. 

And, even though he is extremely handsome, we can’t forget that he is happily married so his fans will never have the opportunity of getting more than a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

Oh well, I guess most of us will just have to be happy with watching him dance on stage and really enjoy his performance, especially now that he just kicked off his No Hay Imposibles 2011 tour at the National Auditorium In Mexico.

It never fails to amaze me how many thousands of pictures of Chayanne their are around...but after several years of scouring around for information and pictures of Chayane, ALL of which are amazing, I will find that one image that just leaves me wondering if my heart is still beating.....today was that day.....and this is the image. If Michael Angelo were still alive and was commissioned to create a modern day "David", he would want it to look just like Chayanne in this picture.

I know, I know, you've seen it before, but remember by the time I got into the Chay game iTunes was firmly embedded into my psyche...I downloaded the Cautivo CD, and this was NOT in the mix....
So of course I had to give a shout out to my people. They all of course were more than willing to tell me exactly where this picture came from. I had seen of course the other pictures from the Cautivo photo shoot, but this one had escaped me. I had retrieved one copy of this image, but it was a little dark.

Anniee of Chayanne Rocks to the rescue! She delivered a much cleaner version of the image and I just couldn't take my eyes off of it. We all can agree that Chayanne is FINE, but this image beckons to the viewer to use the adjective "beautiful".

So for those of you who have seen this one or in fact have this in your possession, let this blog entry bring back fond memories. To those of you who like my self who have never seen this before, just sit back enamored and behold "The Eight World Wonder"

Chayanne's Besos En La Boca! You Got That Right!

As a die hard Chayanne fan, what I can tell you is that no matter what kind of music video or what song Chayanne chooses to use he's going to turn his sexy up to maximum. So I thought I would take a mini trip down "Hot and Sexy Lane" to check out what I think are some of Chayanne's sexiest "Beso" moments.

Before you even get started I already know that all of Chayanne's sexy kiss moments aren't here...but these are the ones that I'm going to start with, after all, we have to save some for later! *giggle*

Let's start with "Atado A Tu Amor" (Tied To Your Love) this is an oldie, but in my opinion, this is one sexy video! No wonder my girls toes were curling in the video....if Chayanne was running his fingers all over you your toes would curl to. This kiss from this video is one of my all time faves

The next "too hot to handle" kiss is "Candela" I had to pick this video kiss for a very good friend of mine, you know who you are *meeeeeow* Ho sexy is this upside down kiss! Check out the technique, and what woman doesn't want to be sandwiched in between a man and his ride!

Chayanne, Cover of Billboard Today....Grammy Winner Tomorrow

As you may or may not know by now Chayanne is gracing the cover of the January 30 issue of Billboard Magazine...Chayanne is really making this magazine look good! Anyway, the interview gives a hint of what is to come on Chayanne's next tour, and it also goes into great length about why Chayanne chose to stay with Sony Records.

On a personal note, 2010 is going to be a great year for Chayanne.  I anticipate a killer CD, chart topping record sales, followed  by a monster tour......when we get to this time next year in 2011...I want to see Chayanne getting a Grammy!

Chayanne regresa con fuerza este 2010. El último disco inédito que escuchamos de él fue "Mi Tiempo" en el 2007, mismo año en que se embarcó en un tour de 25 ciudades. En el 2008 sacó "Chayanne En Vivo", que fue grabado durante su concierto en Buenos Aires . Posteriormente lo vimos como actor en la serie de Mega TV, "Gabriel". En el 2009 no supimos mucho de la estrella boricua, pues por unos meses estaba disfrutando de sus muy merecidas vacaciones. Pero los días de descanso quedaron atrás porque este año el talentoso artista cuenta con una agenda bastante apretada que incluye el lanzamiento de un disco y una extensa gira.

Elmer Figueroa (su nombre de pila) es uno de los cantantes más amables y trabajadores de la industria, es por eso que no me sorprende ver cuantos fanáticos tiene alrededor del mundo. Todos aquellos que ya extrañaban a Chayanne estarán contentos a partir de Febrero. El 23 de dicho mes sacará su disco "No Hay Imposibles", material de donde se desprende el sencillo "Me Enamoré De Ti".

Terminando la promoción del álbum, Chayanne se embarcará en una gira internacional. Según la revista Billboard, el cantante ofrecerá una serie de conciertos dividida en dos partes. La primera será entre Mayo y Junio, luego hará un receso durante el Mundial de fútbol y después se presentará en México en Julio. La segunda etapa, pautada para el otoño, lo llevará por Latinoamérica y Europa.

Esta vez los fans obtendrán mucho más con su boleto del concierto. Leila Cobo, Directora de Contenido Latino de Billboard reporta, que el ticket "incluirá material personalizado para cada país... los consumidores obtendrán acceso a una página web donde encontrarán contenido como videos, música y fotos." Normalmente Chayanne no tiene problema llenando las localidades donde se presenta, pero esto servirá como mayor incentivo todavía.

Cuando pienso en las presentaciones de Chayanne, la palabra que se me viene a la mente es 'energía'. Durante aproximadamente dos horas, el cantante no para de cantar y bailar enamorando a sus fanáticas aun más. The last exceptional disk that we listened to was "Mi Tiempo" in 2007, the same year in which he embarked upon a tour of 25 cities.  In 2008 he recorded "Chayanne Alive", that was filmed during his concert in Buenos Aires .  Subsequently we saw him as an actor in the Mega TV series, "Gabriel".  In 2009 we did not know a lot about the boricua the star, because for some months he was enjoying his well deserved holidays.  But the days of rest remain behind because this year the talented artist counts on quite a tight agenda that includes the launch of a disk and an extensive tour. 

 

Elmer Figueroa (his baptized name) is one of the kindest singers and workers in the industry, which is why it does not surprise me to see as many fans as he has around the world.  All those that have missed Chayanne will be happy in February.  The 23rd of said month he will launch his disk "No Hay Imposibles", material from which he launched the single "Me Enamoré De Ti".

 

Finishing the promotion of the album, Chayanne will embark upon an international tour.  According to Billboard magazine, the singer will offer a series of concerts divided into two parts.  The first one will be between May and June, then he will take a recess during the World-wide soccer tournament and later will appear in Mexico in July.  The second phase, in autumn, he will tour in Latin America and Europe . 

 

This time the fans will obtain a lot more with their concert ticket.  Leila Cobo, Director of Latin American Content of Billboard reports, that the ticket "will include personalized material for each country... the consumers will obtain access to a web page where they will find content as videos, music and photos."  Normally Chayanne does not have a problem filling the localities where he is presented, but this will serve as greater encouragement.   

 

When I think about the presentations of Chayanne, the word that comes to my mind is 'energy'.  During approximately two hours, the singer does not stop singing and dancing courting his fans even more.  The last time that I saw him platform (3 years ago) I had two girls beside me that cried each time he sang one of his ballads. Seeing their enthusiasm, I let them know it and they were almost fainting with emotion.  Seeing Chayanne in person is a total experience, and more still for his faithful followers.  My favorite part is when he sings old themes like "Tiempo de Vals" or "Provócame". What do you like about Chayanne’s concerts?   

What Makes Chayanne So Sexy?

Just what is it that makes Chayanne so sexy? The other day a frequent visitor to Pandora' Caja sent me an email, and she asked, "What is it about this man that makes him so sexy?" She thinks it's his sincerity, she said, "It shines right through his music."

I really had to think about this, so I decided to ask the members of the "Twibe" (Chay's Twitter Peeps) what they thought. Here's what I got so far...

"His eyes....

"With his eyes he can talk without words. His eyes can be so tender and full of fire."

"He's perfect."

"He's naughty, sweet and talented. He treats everyone with respect, honors his gifts and loves us"

 I don't know peeps...if we wanted to go with looks alone, you could fill a blog! He's 6 foot plus of dark and handsome....and he's got a brick house body! Not only is he the walking definition of "Tall, Dark and Handsome", he knows how to as I like to say, "Shake what'cha momma gave ya!" (Shout out to my girl!)
To put that into layman's  terms, the man can dance his butt off! (Although we would rather him keep it firmly attached *GRIN*)

And his voice....Ahhh what can I say, Chayanne's voice is so smooth...it floats you off into some sort of music induced euphoria that you hope never ends...

One of his best qualities to me is his love of people, and his willingness to use his mega-star status to help those in need....and that's so real to me.....

As for me, I think Chayanne's sexy is a combination of so many things....I think that through his music, he has the ability to be just what you need at any moment in time...
